The Collège de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière awards its Secondary V students a high-school-leaving diploma which does not replace the high-school-leaving diploma of the Ministry of Education but highlights, in a very personal way, the students' success. However, to obtain this diploma, students must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education for the high-school-leaving diploma as well as other requirements set forth by our instutition.

To this end, students who receive the diploma of the Collège de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière must, among other things, demonstrate that they have acquired the cross-curricular competencies as defined in our student exit profile.
The diploma of the Collège de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière indicates a rating, according to four distinct categories, based on the scolastic results the students have obtained:

- With Success
(a general average of 60 % up to,
but excluding, 70%)

- With Distinction
(a general average of 70% up to,
but excluding, 80 %)
With Great Distinction
(a general average of 80% up to,
but excluding, 90 %)
- With Very Great Distinction
(a general average of 90% or higher)

The diploma is highly valued both by those who receive it and by their parents.
